Our agritourism offers the possibility to walk in the peaceful and unpolluted nature of the surroundings, where guests can admire the characteristic wildlife (roebucks, hedgehogs, hares, squirrels, etc.).
The agritourism LE VOLTE is an ideal starting point for art lovers, who can easily reach artistic towns and cities, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Cascia, Norcia, Orvieto, Todi, Roma, Urbino, Urbania, Fabriano, Arezzo, Anghiari, San Sepolcro, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Firenze.
The agritourism, situated along the ancient road, which led Saint Francis from Gubbio to La Verna, can also be ideal for religious tourism.
This is a place, which can also be ideal for those tourists who want to be in touch with nature. Besides the surrounding natural landscape, guests can easily reach the Trasimeno Lake and its islands, the Mount Cucco and Mount Catria parks, the Volponi literary park, the Grotte di Frasassi, the Cascate delle Marmore, and the Fonti del Clitunno.

How to arrive:
From Gubbio, state highway 219 Pian d’Assino direction Umbertide – E45. Turn left at km 31.400, after a brief stretch of asphalt road, drive under a bridge and take the km 1,5 road, which leads to the agritourism.
From Motorway E45, exit Umbertide-Gubbio, take the state highway 219 Pian d’Assino for about 12 km. Turn right at km 31,400, drive under a bridge and take the km 1,5 road, which leads to the agritourism.

The thousand-year-old main house has been made into two apartments, carefully arranged to offer comfortable accommodations. The ancient manor is today the farmer’s dwelling place, while the other apartment, on the first floor, offers seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, in the typical style of the region:
«Magnolia»: very bright room, thanks to its windows, it allows guests to admire the natural landscape spreading from Mounts Catria and Cucco to the hills around Perugia;
«Fiordaliso»: this room, in the shade of blue, is furnished with a comfortable wrought-ironed double bed. Through the opposite window guests can catch sight of the wide garden with its many olive-trees.
«Tulipano»: comfortable room in the shade of orange with 2 single beds, which can be made into a double bed.
«Edera»: wide room on the East side of the apartment. In this stylish and sober bedroom, guests can find a big, sumptuous bed, as well as a bathroom with a tub.
«Orchidea»: luxurious room with its furniture dating back to the XIX century. Through the wide window of the small living room, guests can admire a little church surrounded by typical olive-trees.
«Primula»: fresh room despite its warm colours, it is furbished with a comfortable wrought-ironed double bed, with ears of wheat as decorations in the central rose window.
«Ciclamino»: comfortable room with 2 single beds, which can be made into a double bed.
Besides these rooms, the agritourism also offers other accommodations known as «La Canonica» («The Vicarage»), due to the close private Church, dating back thousands of years as well.
On the first floor, guests can find the large living room where meals are served, as well as a fresh and comfortable sitting room, where one can read or simply find relaxation.
At an altitude of about 550 metres, the agritourism is situated in the middle of a 100 hectare estate, with about 8 km of roads, which offer the possibility to walk, to go trekking, or biking.
Our structure also offers the possibility to organize lunches or dinners for private events.
