Alice del lago is in front of a private lake which was a quarry for extraction of clay in the Montalbano area.
It is in a good position you easily achieve from the highway exit of Pistoia (it is 4 kms far from the gate of Pistoia).
Lucca (20 kms far), Firenze (30 km far) and other interesting Tuscan cities such as Vinci (14 km far), Montecatini Terme (10 km far) and Pescia are easily achievable in a short time.

In addition to the enchanted atmosphere around Alice del Lago you would also visit the nursery belonging to the Reali’s
600 meters far form the country house there is a sport area with a tennis court, a basketball field, a football pitch.
Five kilometres far from Alice del Lago there is a riding school and far from 10 kilometres a golf course.
