I sentieri del lago is a farm holiday obtained by a farmhouse recently renovated with 10 self-catering apartments sleep two to four, for a total of thirty sleeping accommodations. Some apartments have the typical wooden-beam ceiling or with old stones.
The apartments are named after some typical trees of the area, and they have been realized in respect of the surrounding environment but with all the services and comforts to spend a fantastic vacation: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi Fi internet, wood slat bed and orthopedic mattresses, kitchen and bed linen, towels and pool towels, fully-equipped kitchen corners with 4 electric stoves, full-size fridge with freezer, oven , windows and doors are provided with mosquito nets, private gardens with table and chairs.
All the apartments have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a natural wide park; at disposal of our guests a panoramic swimming pool (14x6), solarium with sun umbrellas, sun beds and lawn chairs.
Furthermore we provide our guests a barbeque, a game fishing lake, children playground, bocce court, mountain bikes.

Area Description

I Sentieri del Lago is in the municipality Of Castiglione del Lago, at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in the middle of an area full of art attractions; within an hour driving it’s possible to reach: Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Ovieto, Chiusi, Todi, Città della Pieve. Also some thermal baths such as Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, S. Casciano dei Bagni
Very close there is the Regional Park of Lake Trasimeno which offers several natural attractions. Its islands can be visited thanks to regular ferry boats and small docks; the Isola Maggiore is still inhabited, Isola Minore is private and no one lives there; Isola Polvese is the biggest. There are many villages and towns along the lake side. Castiglione del Lago, with its stronghold overlooking the lake, Passignano, Tuoro, Panicale and many more.
The guests of I Sentieri del Lago can practice many activities inside the estate and in the surroundings.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of 30%, by bank transfer or credit card.
Information on bank connection will be provided when the booking is confirmed.
Remaining balance: cash or credit card.
Deposit: 100 € cash at the arrival – it will be returned at the departure if there isn’t any damage.
