Property Description
The property dates back to the 14th century and for generations has been part of the property Santini, once farmers. The apartments, as well as the "hut" were once stables for livestock. It has now been restored by the Santini family with much love and care. With so cozy little house (40qm) and bright apartments (55 and 65qm) and a beautiful natural setting you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with friends or family - Up to 4 people (or up to 8 if you rent two apartments located in the house, or up to 12 if you rent the two apartments and housing). The private garden, complete with barbecue, perfect for taking time off while sipping a glass of local wine while the children play: the ultimate relaxation in the company of birds and squirrels.
Area Description
The property is situated in a charming area, which is still far from traffic and tourism.
You can visit the beautiful castle of "Celsa" and enjoy walking in nature or cycling.
One kilometer away is a restaurant hidden "La Montagnola", where you can still taste the typical Tuscan dishes at low prices. Or Sovicille going to find the restaurant "Astronave" where everything is still cooked over an open fire. Six miles away, in Sovicille, you can do your shopping, petrol and taking on a "espresso" to the bar. For the banks, supermarket and other amenities all at Siena (9 km)!
A few kilometers away is a golf course and horse riding to riding.

Notes on prices
Prices are per apartment per week but it is possible to book for less than one week.
The price includes electricity / gas, cleaning the house at the beginning and end of the stay, the consumption of water (for showers and washing, etc.), towels and sheets (2 weeks, including change of towels / sheets top of the second week).
In months when you need heating (usually from November to February) you can freely use the pellet stove. If you want to use the central heating you pay for it separately. Except this, there are no additional costs.

Check-in: Flexible but prefered Saturday from 03:00 onwards.
Check-out: Flexible but prefered Saturday until 11:00.

La Verbena: House (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4, 40qm) dates Couples in the search for a romantic and private place will love this small paradise as well as friends or families which will be our guests.
With doing the restoring the Santinis kept the original one-room-structure and put only a bathroom as an extra room. In the comfortable eating area is integrated the kitchen, where you will find everything required for you to cook your favourite dishes.
For sleeping there is the double bed and if you are more than two, you can also use the sleeping couch.
Your private area with its tables and seats makes romantic outdoor dinners possible.
La Salvia: Apartment (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/5, 55qm) is situated in a cosy one-floor-house. Couples in the search for a romantic and private place will love this small paradise as well as friends or families which will be our guests.
The main entrance is through the kitchen/dinning room, where you will find everything required for you to cook your favourite dishes. Here you find also a comfortable sleeping couch. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and Bidet up to your use. From the sleeping room with its double bed you have another direct access to your private terrace.
La Malva: Apartment (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/5, 65qm) is situated in a cosy one-floor-house.
From the terrace you enter the flat though the main entrance.In the lovely entrance room you find a comfortable sleeping couch in the case you are in three or four people. From here right hand side you go into the kitchen/dinning room. This room has another extra entrance door from where you have direct access in the garden area of the Santini´s estate. Left hand side is situated you romantic bedroom, from which you have another direct access to the terrace. Also left hand side is the main bathroom (washbasin, shower, WC, bidet). In a second bathroom you can enter from the kitchen.
